A pickup truck went off a 10- to 15-foot embankment on Gigi Court in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Saturday morning, November 22, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at 9:59 a.m. Crews arrived to find a gray truck upright at the bottom of the embankment.
CHP dispatch logs indicated that at least one occupant had exited the vehicle while others remained inside. Units requested a tow truck and additional personnel shortly after 10:00 a.m., and responding teams continued to arrive throughout the hour.
No immediate information was available regarding injuries or the cause of the crash.
