[11-27-2025] Two-Vehicle Crash Blocks Lanes on Northbound I-15 Near SR-76A two-vehicle crash blocked lanes on northbound Interstate 15 near state Route 76 in San Diego County on Thursday afternoon, November 27, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported just before 3:27 p.m. and involved a red vehicle and a black vehicle. 

CHP logs indicated that the red car was facing the wrong way in traffic, and one to two lanes were initially blocked. The incident was first categorized as a crash with unknown injuries but was later upgraded, prompting an ambulance response. Details regarding injuries were not immediately available.

Two CHP units responded to the scene, and crews worked to clear the vehicles and reopen the affected lanes.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
