A brush fire that has burned approximately one acre is threatening nearby homes in Pacoima, Los Angeles, on Thursday afternoon, January 9, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fire was reported in the 12500 block of Foothill Boulevard, near Paxton Street and the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway.
Firefighters are actively battling the flames to prevent the fire from spreading to residential areas.
