A motorcyclist was killed following a crash on the 110 Freeway in the South Los Angeles area on Friday morning, February 6, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly incident was reported at around 6:20 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the 110 Freeway at Adams Boulevard.
Officials said the crash involved the motorcycle and three other vehicles. One of the vehicles was described as a box truck that reportedly left the scene.
The collision forced the closure of several southbound lanes, and most lanes were expected to remain closed for at least one hour as crews responded and investigated.
The circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation.
