One person was killed, and two others were seriously injured in a head-on collision in Madera County early Friday morning, February 21, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred just after 3:00 a.m., on Highway 41 between Avenue 12 and Children’s Boulevard, resulting in significant front-end damage to both vehicles.
Two individuals were rushed to the hospital with major injuries.
Authorities stated that drugs or alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash, and all occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the incident.
The identity of the deceased victim has not been released. The investigation is ongoing.
