A pedestrian was struck and killed by a semi-truck on the Foothill (210) Freeway in La Crescenta, Los Angeles County, on Tuesday evening, March 10, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded at 10:02 p.m. to the eastbound freeway near the La Crescenta Avenue on-ramp.
Investigators said the semi-truck struck the pedestrian as they were attempting to cross the freeway.
The victim, whose name, age, and gender have not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig confirmed.
The incident remains under investigation.
