A pedestrian was fatally struck by a hit-and-run vehicle in Pomona early Sunday morning, April 6, 2025.
According to the Pomona Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 3:10 a.m. to the intersection of Philadelphia and Palomares Streets, where they discovered the pedestrian in the roadway with severe injuries.
Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
Authorities are investigating the incident.
