A motorcyclist was killed and three other people were seriously injured in a collision on Tampa Avenue near Lassen Street in Northridge, Los Angeles, on Wednesday evening, April 9, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, at around 6:30 p.m., firefighters were dispatched on the 9900 block of Tampa Avenue in response to a severe crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts by paramedics. Three other individuals were transported to a hospital in serious condition.
The identity of the motorcyclist has not yet been released pending notification of the next of kin.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
