A male pedestrian was killed following a hit-and-run collision in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles, on Tuesday evening, April 16, 2024.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal incident occurred around 8:05 p.m. between Mission Road and Plaza del Sol.
A vehicle traveling southbound struck a man for unknown reasons. The victim was declared dead at the scene.
The hit-and-run motorist fled and drove south on Mission. The police have not yet identified the driver.
