According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the road accident happened around 3:52 p.m. at the intersection of Linda Vista Street and Sierra Highway, near the College of the Canyons, Canyon Country Campus.

Witnesses told the authorities that the crash involved a PT Cruiser and that at least one vehicle burst into flames. It is also reported that someone was trapped inside their vehicle.

It was not disclosed how many people were involved, but one was transported to a nearby hospital. The patient’s identity and extent of injury were not disclosed either.

No additional information was immediately available, and the authorities are still gathering all the necessary details to determine the factors leading up to the incident.
