[04-28-2026] San Diego County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed in Crash Involving Sedan on I-15 in Fallbrook

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a sedan on Interstate 15 in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Tuesday morning, April 28, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported shortly after 7 a.m. on the southbound I-15 just south of Mission Road.

Authorities stated that the crash involved a black motorcycle and a silver Chevrolet sedan. Both vehicles were moved to the right shoulder following the collision.

CHP logs indicated that the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the sedan remained at the scene, and preliminary information suggested they were not at fault.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
