A woman was critically injured following a three-vehicle crash on Mojave Drive in Victorville on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
According to the Victorville Police Department, the collision occurred between Cobalt Road and Diamond Road in the westbound lanes of Mojave Drive.
The involved vehicles included a blue Ford Mustang, a white Honda Civic, and a white Mercedes-Benz SUV.
Preliminary investigations indicated that the Mustang, traveling eastbound, crossed over the center median and struck the westbound Civic.
The female driver of the Honda Civic was trapped inside her vehicle and required extrication by emergency responders. She was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the Mustang, who sustained minor injuries, was also taken to a hospital for treatment. The female driver of the Mercedes-Benz SUV was unharmed, and her vehicle had no visible damage.
Shortly after the initial crash, a second, unrelated collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of Mojave Drive involving a gray 2019 Honda Accord and a black 2017 Chevrolet Volt. No injuries were reported in the second crash.
