Multiple people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Saturday morning, May 10, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of South Mission Road and Olive Hill Road. The vehicles involved were a gray Lexus SUV and a white truck.
Emergency responders from North County Fire arrived shortly after the incident was reported and used Jaws of Life equipment to extricate the driver and potentially others from the Lexus.
Several individuals were transported for medical treatment, though the extent of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
