[05-20-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – At Least One Hospitalized After Wrong-Way Multi-Vehicle Crash in Claremont

At least one person was hospitalized following a wrong-way multi-vehicle crash in Claremont early Wednesday morning, May 20, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 4:06 a.m. on the eastbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway and the Indian Hill Boulevard off-ramp.

Authorities stated that a white SUV was reportedly traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes when it collided with a black sedan. Several additional vehicles were also involved in the crash.

Multiple vehicles had significant front-end damage, while debris and broken glass were scattered across the eastbound lanes. One person was transported by ambulance to a hospital, though their condition has not been released.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
