Four people were injured, including two critically, in a DUI-suspected crash in Chula Vista on Thursday morning, June 5, 2025.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, the crash occurred around 12:15 a.m. when a black BMW 335i heading eastbound struck a concrete pillar and rolled over several times in the area of 900 Marina Parkway.
The driver, 21-year-old Blake T., was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI. He and a male passenger sustained life-threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital.
Two female passengers were also hospitalized and treated for minor injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
