A two-vehicle crash led to extended road closures in Pauma Valley, San Diego County, on Sunday afternoon, June 29, 2025.
According to reports, the collision occurred around 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 76 and Cole Grade Road. One of the vehicles reportedly struck a power pole, prompting safety concerns in the area.
San Diego Gas & Electric Company crews were dispatched to conduct repairs, leading to the closure of both Highway 76 and Cole Grade Road in both directions for approximately six hours. Hard closures were established at Reservation Road on the west end and Nate Harrison Grade on the east end.
No information was released regarding injuries or the cause of the crash.
