[07-04-2024] San Francisco County, CA – Woman Seriously Injured Following Pedestrian Vs. Vehicle Crash in Sunset District

A woman was seriously injured following a pedestrian vs. vehicle crash in Sunset District, San Francisco, on Thursday morning, July 4, 2024.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Judah Street.

When police arrived, they found the female pedestrian lying on the ground with life-threatening injuries. She was rushed to the hospital for further medical care. Additional information about the victim’s identity, including her name, age, and place of origin, was unavailable at this time.

SFPD said that the driver of the vehicle that struck the victim stayed on the scene and cooperated with the investigators. After a while, authorities ruled out the possibility of drug or alcohol impairment as a factor.
