A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in West Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon, August 5, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the crash occurred around 2:10 p.m. when a vehicle was traveling south in the northbound lanes of Bundy Drive, south of Pico Boulevard. The vehicle struck a man who was standing along the curb in the roadway.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel responded and pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene in the 2400 block of South Bundy.
The vehicle involved did not remain at the scene, and no description of the vehicle or driver has been provided by police.
The LAPD’s West Traffic Division is investigating the fatal hit-and-run.
