One person was killed, and two others were injured in a single-vehicle crash on the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway in Mission Hills, Los Angeles, early Friday morning, August 8, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to the crash at 3:26 a.m. at the Sepulveda Boulevard on-ramp.
The incident involved a gold Toyota, which left the freeway on-ramp, struck a guardrail, and crashed down an embankment.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were taken to a hospital in unknown condition. Reports indicate that one victim was ejected during the crash.
