[08-15-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Five Hospitalized After Rollover Crash on I-405 in Van Nuys

Five people were hospitalized following a rollover crash on Interstate 405 in Van Nuys on Saturday evening, August 15, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, emergency crews responded shortly after 7 p.m. to the southbound I-405 near the Victory Boulevard exit.

Firefighters found several people trapped inside vehicles that had gone off the freeway. Emergency personnel worked to free the trapped occupants before transporting all five injured people to local hospitals. Their conditions were not immediately available.

Authorities did not immediately confirm whether additional vehicles were involved. The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
