A car crashed and became pinned under an open-top trailer in Pasadena on Thursday morning, August 21, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 7:15 a.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway Mountain Avenue on-ramp.
Authorities said the driver of a black Toyota Camry was initially trapped but managed to free himself. No injuries were reported.
CHP logs show that officials requested all lanes of the on-ramp be closed at 7:32 a.m. The lanes were reopened about 20 minutes later at 7:53 a.m.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
