Two adults were rescued and hospitalized with moderate injuries after a Tesla went off a freeway overpass and crashed onto Interstate 280 below in San Francisco on Wednesday night, October 1, 2025.
According to the San Francisco Fire Department, emergency crews responded around 9:47 p.m.
The white Tesla landed on its roof, and both adults were taken to a trauma center for treatment.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
