A male suspect, a civilian, and two police officers were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after a pursuit led to a crash in San Francisco on Thursday afternoon, October 10, 2024.
Around 3:05 p.m., San Francisco police officers identified a stolen vehicle. As they attempted to deflate the tires, the suspect reportedly attempted to strike one officer, resulting in minor injuries.
The suspect then fled, ultimately colliding with an uninvolved vehicle near Third Street and Jamestown Avenue, causing it to roll over.
The suspect attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended after a second officer sustained injuries during the chase.
All four individuals were transported to the hospital for treatment. Charges against the suspect are pending an investigation.
