A 32-year-old man was killed after being struck by a white box truck in North Hollywood early Monday morning, October 19, 2026.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident was reported at around 2:25 a.m. at Lankershim Boulevard and Sherman Way.
LAPD Officer Rosario Cervantes said the pedestrian was standing in the roadway when the truck struck him.
The driver left the scene in the truck. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
