A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on the Harbor (110) Freeway in South Los Angeles on early Sunday morning, October 20, 2024.
The collision occurred around 3:50 a.m. on the southbound freeway near West Century Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities stated that the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. A SigAlert was issued at 4:42 a.m., closing the No. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway for at least two hours.
