One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the southbound Santa Ana (5) Freeway near Washington Boulevard in Commerce on Wednesday afternoon, October 22, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 12:55 p.m. One of the vehicles was reported to have overturned, though the CHP did not immediately confirm that detail.
