[12-15-2025] Woman Injured After Being Pulled From Burning Car on Drexel AvenueA woman was injured after being rescued from a burning vehicle following a crash in the 6300 block of Drexel Avenue in Los Angeles’ Beverly Grove neighborhood early Monday morning, December 15, 2025.

According to witnesses, the crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. when a blue Toyota Camry struck the rear of a truck and then caught fire, trapping the driver inside. Two bystanders attempted to extinguish the flames and were eventually able to break a window and pull the woman from the vehicle. 

Los Angeles Fire Department crews arrived shortly afterward and put out the fire. The woman was transported to a local hospital, though her condition was not immediately available.

Authorities said the driver of the truck was able to exit his vehicle on his own. The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
