One person was killed following a two-vehicle collision in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles County, on Friday morning, April 24, 2026.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash was reported at around 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Fourth and Clarence Streets.
Firefighters extricated a person who was trapped in one of the vehicles, but the individual was later pronounced dead at the scene.
A second person involved in the crash was evaluated by paramedics but declined treatment or transport to the hospital.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
