One person was injured in a three-vehicle collision on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Arleta, Los Angeles County, on Wednesday evening, September 9, 2026.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 9:18 p.m. on the southbound 5 Freeway just north of the Hollywood (170) Freeway.
One person sustained injuries, though information about the severity of those injuries was not immediately available.
The CHP continues to investigate the cause of the crash.
