A hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles in Manhattan Beach left one person dead and another critically injured on Tuesday night, January 7, 2025.
According to the Manhattan Beach Police Department, the crash occurred at approximately 11:25 p.m. near the 300 block of Sepulveda Boulevard, between Duncan and Longfellow drives.
Officers arriving at the scene found three victims, all of whom were transported to a hospital. One victim was pronounced dead, and their identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
As of Wednesday morning, a second victim was undergoing surgery, while the condition of the third victim remains unknown.
The driver of one of the vehicles, identified as 32-year-old Kameron P., fled the scene on foot. He is described as 6 feet tall and approximately 175 pounds.
The incident remains under investigation.
