A pedestrian was severely injured after being struck by a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway near Carbon Canyon in Malibu on Friday night, September 26, 2025.
According to the sheriff’s Lost Hills/Malibu station, the crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Pacific Coast Highway was closed in both directions for several hours and reopened around 2:00 a.m. Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
