An underage driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash on Peachland Avenue and Happy Valley Drive in Santa Clarita early Sunday morning, October 26, 2025.
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, the crash occurred around 12:17 a.m. when a burgundy vehicle struck a street light, rolled over, and then hit a parked car.
Deputies arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI. Deputy Nicholas Hoslet confirmed that the suspect was an adult under the age of 21. Two individuals, who appeared to be teenagers, were seen sitting on the sidewalk after the crash. One person appeared injured with blood on his face, though no one was transported to the hospital.
No further information has been released at this time, according to Deputy Hoslet.
